Descriptor checklistBefore you lock, tick what you sense (water, structures, people, motion…). After feedback it is scored against the target, with the number you would get by chance alongside.

Frontloading: narrow the drawOff, every target is possible and you know nothing about it. On, the target (and any decoys) come only from what you choose, so you start with a hint. Frontloaded sessions are labelled and kept apart in your statistics. Ranked, daily and shared targets are always fully blind.

Multiple-choice practice

Record and lock impressions, then pick your target from two to five images; the others are decoys of different kinds. Add a confidence and rank them if you like.

Ranked

Four images, the same rules every time: a confidence is required and abandoning after the start counts as a miss. Each result moves your private rating; 1000 is what guessing settles at.

Daily target

One pair of images for everyone today; each person's target is one of the two, chosen at random for them. Choose, then results open for everyone at 00:00 UTC, with how everyone did.

With friends

Start a shared target and send the link. Everyone, you included, views the same target blind, then sees each other's notes and sketches once they have finished.

Practise with friends

You need a connection for blind practice: targets stay on the server until feedback, so they cannot be cached on your device. Drafts save as you write.
